The Career Center of the Polish American Association invites you to attend a free FAFSA Completion Session.
Representatives of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) will provide assistance with filing FAFSA online.

The workshop will take place on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9pm in the Computer Resource Room of the Polish American Association at 3815 N. Cicero

In order to fill out a FAFSA application the following information will be needed:

1. Student and Parent 2012 income tax forms and W-2 forms
2. Student and Parent Social Security Numbers
3. Student Alien Registration Number for students who are not U.S. citizens but are legal U.S. residents
4. Student and Parent Bank Account statements

Poradnia Zawodowa Zrzeszenia Amerykańsko Polskiego zaprasza wszystkich zainteresowanych na bezpłatną sesje, na której będą wypełniane i składane przez Internet aplikacje FAFSA (dofinansowanie federalne na studia). Pomocy w wypełnianiu aplikacji udzielą przedstawiciele Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). Aplikacje FAFSA będzie można składać w poniedziałek 28 stycznia 2013 od 17:00 do 21:00  w pracowni komputerowej Zrzeszenia Amerykańsko Polskiego przy 3815 N. Cicero

Aby wypełnić formularz FAFSA potrzebne będą:

1. Rozliczenie podatkowe za rok 2012 i forma W-2 (studenta i rodziców)
2. Numer Social Security (studenta i rodziców)
3. Dla stałych rezydentów numer zielonej karty
4. Wysokość posiadanych oszczędności (wyciąg z konta bankowego)
