Donation from Chicago Cubs Charities

Chicago Cubs Charities presented a check in the amount of $14,200 to the Polish American Association on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 at 5:36 PM at Wrigley Field. The donation will help to fund PAA’s programs in the areas of education, social services and immigration. The money was raised from the sales of Chicago Cubs hats during Polish Heritage Night at Wrigley Field. Gary Kenzer, Executive Director and Marta Buchanan, Director of Foundation & Corporate Relations accepted a check from Jennifer Dedes-Nowak (Sr. Coordinator, Community Affairs) on behalf of PAA. Wally Hayward (Executive Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer) was also present at the check presentation ceremony.
