Memorial Service for Polish Community

The Village of Niles and the members of the Niles Sister Cities Polish Committee have arranged for a special Polish Mass to be held on Saturday, April 17, 2010, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Brebeuf Church, 8307 N. Harlem, in memory of the Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife Maria and the whole delegation killed in the plane crash last Saturday in Russia.  Approximately 30 minutes following the mass, there will be a short prayer service at the Katyn Victims Memorial in St. Adalbert Cemetery, 6800 N. Milwaukee.   Maps and additional information will be available at the mass at St. John Brebeuf regarding the route and parking at St. Adalbert.   All are welcome.
