The PAA Mourns the Passing of An Exceptional Woman – Henryka Blusiewicz

June 25, 2020
All of us, the leadership, staff and clients of the PAA have been uniquely blessed to know and be lifted up by the remarkable Henryka Blusiewicz. A deeply spiritual woman, Henryka passed on June 14, 2020, just months after a lifetime of service to others.
In 2007, Henryka was awarded the President’s Volunteer Service Award in a special ceremony at the White House, but for Henryka, helping feed a family, or arranging medical care for the ill and the broken members of our community, were the only rewards she sought. She never walked away from a ‘lost cause,’ and never gave up when various bureaucracies’ attempted to defy her efforts on behalf of her clients; her family. To know Henryka, was to know love, kindness, beauty and compassion. Her spirit has touched each and every one of us and we are all better for knowing her.
The world is now a less beautiful place without our beloved Henryka. Obituary info - click HERE. In order to attend mass tomorrow (6.26.2020),  attendees must pre-register with the funeral home 773-588-5850.
