PAA Reopening Rules

PAA Reopening Rules:

  1. No walk-ins. By appointment only. Call (773)282-8206.
  2. Masks are required at all times.
  3. Maintain distance of 6 ft.
  4. Your temperature will be taken and you will asked the COVID-19 pre-screen questions.

Zasady ponownego otwarcia PAA:

  1. Wszystkie wizyty muszą być wcześniej umówione. Zadzwoń: (773)282-8206.
  2. Maska zakrywająca usta oraz nos jest wymagana podczas całej wizyty.
  3. Zachowaj odległość min. 6 stóp (2m).
  4. Przed rozpoczęciem spotkania będziemy mierzyć temperaturę oraz zadawać pytania sprawdzające dotyczące COVID-19.

Reglas de reapertura de PAA:

1. No se permiten visitas sin cita previa. Solo con cita. Llame al (773) 282-8206.
2. Se requieren Mascarillas en todo momento.
3. Mantenga una distancia de 6 pies.
4. Se le tomará la temperatura y se le harán las preguntas previas sobre COVID-19.
