PAA Announcement - 5.9.2018

The PAA has received a $25,000 grant from the Chicago Tribune Charities – Holiday Campaign, a McCormick Foundation fund. PAA Junior Board Election!

The election of President, Vice President and Secretary of the Junior Board of Polish American Association will take place soon! The Board is currently seeking potential candidates whom it can recommend to vacant Board positions. We are hoping to propose additional candidates at our upcoming meetings, and it will vote on all candidates presented. The Board welcomes everyone. Please think carefully about whether you'd like to become a potential candidate to fill a vacant Board position.

  • Be actively involved in at least one area of Junior Board activities or programs,
  • Plan and attend regularly-scheduled monthly Board meetings,
  • Volunteer for and participate in at least one Board committee,
  • Think creatively about ways in which JPPAA may better serve its members and the greater Chicago community, and be prepared to turn those thoughts into action.

Board members typically serve a two-year term. If you would like to be considered, or if you know of someone you believe would be a good candidate for a position on the Board, please contact Kamila Baczek, President of the Polish American Association at Ten adres pocztowy jest chroniony przed spamowaniem.
