Parking Policy for 3834 N. Cicero Avenue

Only PAA Staff and regular volunteer(s) working at 3834 N. Cicero Ave are permitted to park in the adjacent parking lot weekdays between 9am and 5pm provided they have a special sticker properly affixed to their vehicle(s) at all times. Unauthorized vehicles (without a special sticker) parked in the lot during this timeframe, will be towed.

Clients are ONLY permitted to park in our lot, weekdays after 5pm. If they park their cars in the lot between 9am and 5pm, they WILL be towed.

Cars not parked within designated parking spaces / lines, WILL be towed.

To receive a special parking sticker, you must complete a Receipt of Parking Sticker Form with the following information:

  • The make, model, year and color of your car
  • The license plate number of your car

If a car is parked in the lot without a special sticker, it WILL be towed. The expense of recovering cars towed by Lincoln Towing Services, Inc., will be the responsibility the car owner and not the PAA. Therefore, it is important that the special parking sticker is properly affixed.

PROPER PLACEMENT OF THE STICKER:

  • Clean the inside surface of the front window
  • Remove the backing from the sticker
  • Affix sticker on the inside surface of the Front Window either above or below your City Sticker
  • DO NOT PLACE THE STICKER ON THE TINTED SECTION OF THE FRONT WINDOW

Upon receipt of the special sticker, please place it on your front windshield immediately. If the sticker falls off, please contact Human Resources (or Lincoln Parking Services) immediately for a replacement sticker. If you drive more than one vehicle and need two (2) stickers, please complete another Receipt of Parking Sticker Form for the additional vehicle.

  • If you cannot re-affix your sticker, DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT until you get a replacement sticker for your car.
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK DAILY TO BE SURE THAT YOUR STICKER IS STILL ON YOUR WINDOW
  • If you dispose of your present car and purchase another, do not park the new car on the premises until you get a replacement sticker
  • Do not attempt to make your own sticker, leave business cards or notes on your car in lieu of your sticker; they will not be honored by Lincoln Towing Services Inc. and the car WILL be towed.

TO OBTAIN A NEW STICKER, PLEASE CONTACT PAA HUMAN RESOURCES IMMEDIATELY OR LINCOLN TOWING SERVICES, INC. (773) 237-0006. You will need to provide them with information about your car.

VISITOR / GUEST PASS INFO:

  • If you have an appointment with a guest/visitor who will be parking in the lot on weekdays, between 9am and 5pm, NOTIFY HUMAN RESOURCES or the RECEPTIONIST THE DAY BEFORE the scheduled appointment. Guests will be issued a VISITOR PARKING PASS to be placed in their car and we will notify the Lincoln Towing Services, Inc. IF THE VISITOR PARKING PASS is not in their car, it WILL be towed.
  • You may advise visitors to park on Berenice, Grace or Cicero.
  • The Visitor Parking Pass MUST be returned to the receptionist after the appointment.
