Free FAFSA Completion Seminar

The Career Center of the Polish American Association invites you to attend FAFSA Completion Session Representatives of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) will provide assistance with filing FAFSA online.

In order to fill out a FAFSA application the following information will be needed:

• Student and Parent 2015 income tax forms and W-2 forms
• Student and Parent Social Security Numbers
• Student Alien Registration Number for students who are not U.S. citizens but are legal U.S. residents
• Student and Parent Bank Account statements

The FAFSA Completion Session will take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Computer Resource Room of the Polish American Association at 3815 N. Cicero.

Poradnia Zawodowa Zrzeszenia Amerykańsko Polskiego pragnie zaprosić wszystkich zainteresowanych na Wypełnianie aplikacji FAFSA (dofinansowanie federalne na studia) Pomocy w wypełnianiu aplikacji udzielą przedstawiciele Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC).

Aby wypełnić formularz FAFSA potrzebne będą:

• Rozliczenie podatkowe za rok 2015 i formularz W-2 (rodziców i studenta)
• Numer Social Security (rodziców/studenta)
• Dla stałych rezydentów numer zielonej karty
• Wysokość posiadanych oszczędności

Aplikacje FAFSA będzie można składać we wtorek, 18 października, 2017 od 17:00 do 21:00 w pracowni komputerowej Zrzeszenia Amerykańsko Polskiego przy 3815 N. Cicero.
