Immigration Services

PAA's Immigration Services Office is certified by the Immigration Board of Appeals and has been serving the community since 1985. Our Immigration Services staff provides a range of services enabling clients to adjust their immigration status, become U.S. citizens, complete and file various immigration applications, and keep the community informed about current immigration policies and procedures. PAA and its Immigration Services staff have also been involved in a variety of advocacy efforts related to immigrant's rights and issues.

PAA Immigration Services Department, recognized and accredited by USCIS Immigration Board of Appeals will provide fee based immigration consultations and processes by appointment only.

Immigrant Services Department Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Friday: 9 A.M. - 3 P.M.

Free consultations in regard to Chicago residents HOUSING ISSUES like landlord-tenant disputes, property taxes, and other housing issues.

Call us for appointments for an immigration consultation for processes like:

  • I-90, Renew/Replace Green card
  • I-485, Apply for a Green Card
  • I-130, Petition for Relative
  • I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence

The department will continue to organize monthly FREE of charge Citizenship N-400 workshops provided by New American Initiative Program (NAI). Number 773-282-8206 ext. 341 has been designated only to answer questions from clients served by or committed to use free citizenship workshops provided by NAI.   • 15 minutes - $20
  • 30 minutes - $30
  • 60 minutes - $60
