Immigration Services
PAA's Immigration Services Office is certified by the Immigration Board of Appeals and has been serving the community since 1985. Our Immigration Services staff provides a range of services enabling clients to adjust their immigration status, become U.S. citizens, complete and file various immigration applications, and keep the community informed about current immigration policies and procedures. PAA and its Immigration Services staff have also been involved in a variety of advocacy efforts related to immigrant's rights and issues.
Immigrant Services Department Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Friday: 9 A.M. - 3 P.M.
Free consultations in regard to Chicago residents HOUSING ISSUES like landlord-tenant disputes, property taxes, and other housing issues.
Call us for appointments for an immigration consultation for processes like:

The department offers assistance in completing the N-400 Citizenship application at no cost, thanks to various grantors, including the New American Initiative Program (NAI) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). - 15 minutes - $20
- 30 minutes - $30
- 60 minutes - $60
(If a client continues with processing of an application, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total sum.)
