HOME CARE SERVICES

THE IDPH LICENSED HOME CARE SERVICES

The Polish American Association provides top quality home care services licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

This private pay program offers home support to anyone in need, allowing PAA to individualize the services by determining the program eligibility, service hours, and care plan of the client.

Home Care services are available to persons of all ages in need of assistance in the home.  The program is offered to anyone requiring personal services, in urgent cases or on a regularly scheduled basis, for those recovering from surgery, mothers with newborns, elderly who live independently, those needing long-term care due to chronic illness or disability, and family caregivers who need assistance.

Our services include basic housekeeping, personal care assistance, medication reminders, respite care and companionship in and outside home. All services are individualized to each client's needs. Our staff has received extensive training and has been screened for their criminal background.
