Administrative Internship

The Administrative Intern is responsible for assisting the Director of Advancement and the Head of Human Resources in planning, supporting and executing a wide-range of projects.

Interns will gain experience in:

  • Clerical and Administrative support
  • Co-ordination of office supplies and maintenance of equipment
  • Database creation, data entry and updating additions and corrections
  • Assisting with administrative duties including grant writing, fax, mailings, making phone calls and other functions as assigned
  • Researching potential opportunities that are tailored to the PAA’s mission 

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to manage priorities and multi task effectively
  • Intelligent, self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good at communicating for dealing with diverse staff.
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality. 

Intern must be prepared to:

  • Come into the office at least once a week
