Administrative Internship
The Administrative Intern is responsible for assisting the Director of Advancement and the Head of Human Resources in planning, supporting and executing a wide-range of projects.
Interns will gain experience in:
- Clerical and Administrative support
- Co-ordination of office supplies and maintenance of equipment
- Database creation, data entry and updating additions and corrections
- Assisting with administrative duties including grant writing, fax, mailings, making phone calls and other functions as assigned
- Researching potential opportunities that are tailored to the PAA’s mission
The ideal candidate would be:
- Attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Able to manage priorities and multi task effectively
- Intelligent, self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good at communicating for dealing with diverse staff.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Intern must be prepared to:
- Come into the office at least once a week
