Teens between the ages of 13 to 18 will be introduced to skills and concepts designed to prepare them for greater academic success. Five 90-minute workshops each, which will include information on the following topics:

  • How to prepare the brain and body for academic success
  • Tips and techniques for improving focus, test taking, time management
  • Basic techniques for managing test/performance anxiety

This workshop is highly recommended for, but not limited to: middle school students preparing for NWEA tests or selective enrollment high school exams, students entering high school, juniors preparing for ACT/SAT exams, and seniors looking into college education. Not only will participants learn valuable information, practice techniques, improve brain efficiency and self-confidence, but will also have remarkable fun!
