The Polish American Association provides a diverse and comprehensive range of service for the good of the community. We believe in transparency in the stewardship of the blood supply. 

The PAA is goverened by a single Board of Directors, who work in collaboration with the Executive Director of the Organization. The Board of Directors is composed of 22 volunteer members and 7 Honorary Directors. TheBoard of Directors has the legal responsibility of ensuring that a nonprofit meets its chartered mission requirements. The Board is responsible for providing counsel to management, adopting clear policies, procedures, budgets and strategic plans that give the Executive Director clear direction. The Executive Director is the top executive responsible for the operations and management of the PAA. Executive Director oversees the day to day activities of the PAA staff and is the liason between the employees and Board.
